- CAMPING
- Available for Athletes, Vendors, Clans and Volunteers Friday evening, 7/18/2025 - Sunday 10AM, 7/20/2025.
- Camping is first come first serve.
- No grills, fires, or torches.
- Quiet hours 11PM - 6AM (generators off).
- You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Leaving a mess or not following the rules will put any future camping option in jeopardy for everyone.
- Security is not provided. Be conscious of what you keep in your vehicle/camp.
- NO PETS! - See Service Animal/Pet Policy.
- Bring your outdoor chairs.
- Seating during the event is very limited. Bring your own chair for a comfortable experience.
- NO ATM on site.
- ATM's are available a short distance away in East Helena. Example, Valley Bank, Town Pump. Credit/Debit cards can be used for purchases at the Information/Merchandise tent and Beer/Mead ticket tent. However, a small 4% processing fee will apply to each transaction.
- Service Animal/Pet Policy
- Review the Service Animal/Pet Policy prior to bring your dog to the event. If your dog does not meet the definition, you will be asked to remove it from the property, and are unable to keep the dog in your vehicle or camp. These rules apply to all attendees (public attendees, volunteers, athletes, clans, merch and food vendors).
